How I managed to lose 10kg in 2 months

Setting the Scene

The year is 2019. New Year has just passed. The festive period is truly over. I weighed myself on my bathroom scales.

To my horror, i can’t believe how much i weigh.

82KG! OMG!

Ok, it doesn’t sound that heavy for my size. I am not a relatively tall person but equally i am not that relatively short person either. I am of average height. Putting my weight on a BMI calculator on the internet tells me that I am quite overweight and a bit obese.

Initial thought was I just can’t believe it. Then i started to think to myself, ah, i must have gained some weight over the festive period. You know, luxurious eating during Christmas and New Year. It is quite common. I kept saying to myself over the course of the next few months that my weight will drop sooner or later.

Come May, i weighed myself again and to my surprise, my weight remained the same throughout those months. I just can’t reason it. I wanted to become more healthier and fitter.

So i decided to act upon it.
