Communication

First of all people (Developers, QAs, any Project Stakeholders etc) need to talk. Not just they need to talk, they need to talk to each other. Talking alone is not enough, they need to communicate with each other & they need to communicate well.

Gone are the days in software development where developers alike just sits in their desks all day not talking to each other and with their headphones plugged in pumping out loud cheesy music typing away code after code that just pollutes the entire codebase causing more harm than any good at all.

These days, however, is all about being effective, writing the most effective code possible to solve a given problem. Sometimes, it might mean writing less code as possible. Other times, may involve you reusing code that other developers have already written to solve a similar problem. That’s what code reuse is all about and that’s what so good about the rise of the open source coding community.

Every good thing about software development just starts with to be able to communicate with one another. Talking with each other allows getting things done and in agile software development it is all about smoothing the path to achieve that as quick as possible.
